Sitting Room
A comfortable living area with two large sofas (4 & 3 seater) and occasional furniture and a 24” TV.
Family Room
The second sitting room, which provides a comfortable room for adults or children and has a cable TV, Playstation, Hi-Fi system, DVD player and also a selection of board games. This room leads to the swimming pool area.
Dining Room
With large glass/wooden dining table complete with six chairs and ample space for larger family dining.
Kitchen and Breakfast Bar
The luxurious fitted kitchen is complete with all accessories. It also has a microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, refrigerator with icemaker and an oven with hob.
Bedrooms 1 & 2
There are two double rooms, both with king-sized beds. These master bedrooms both have en-suite bathroom, one has a patio door leading out to the pool; convenient for those early morning dips followed by breakfast on the private terrace.
TVs and large walk-in closets come as standard and each of the en-suite bathrooms contains its own vanity unit, shower or bath and toilet.
Bedroom 3
Another double room contains a Queen sized bed with nightstands, reading lights, built in wardrobe and cable TV. It is next to its own bathroom complete with vanity unit, toilet, bath and shower.
Bedrooms 4 & 5
These two bedrooms each have two single beds, a nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobe and TV.
Pool & Sundeck
The large swimming pool is covered by a fully enclosed screen, and is complete with patio furniture and sunloungers.
The covered lanai and sundeck area is ideal for breakfasts, evening meals, BBQs or simply just relaxing whilst enjoying a long cool drink.
The pool has an optional electric heather for those slightly cooler winter months.
Games Room
There is a games room available for use, with a pool table, an air hockey table, and a darts board.
And to keep the young ones entertained for as long as possibly there are a selection of board games in the villa.
Laundry Room
The utility contains a self-cleaning top loading washing machine and matching tumble dryer for use during your stay. There is also and iron and ironing board.
Other
Throughout the villa there are credit-card operated telephones, local calls are free.
Kitchen accessories for use include cultlery, glasses, coffee maker, liquidizer, food mixer, kettle and toaster etc…
A management company will attend to any problems should they arise, 24 hours a day.
